Insanity Chicken Ranch Wrap Recipe
Hi, fellow Insaniacs! Welcome to my kitchen again. Today I’m making this lovely and delicious Insanity Chicken Ranch Wrap recipe from the Insanity Nutrition Guide, which took me only 10 minutes to prepare! And at the same time, I would like to touch up on something I feel is very important.
When you’re doing a program – like Dave and I are doing Insanity at the moment – it’s not enough to just focus on the workouts. In order to endure the program for the full course, you have to help your body in every way you can. The most important way is to give it enough quality foods and nutrients so that it is empowered for the intense journey ahead.
Dave and I first did Insanity back in 2009. Since then, we have worked hard to become P90X Certified coaches. We have learned how important nutrition is – but, I do remember the days when I was doing a program and I never even opened the accompanying nutrition guide!
The Insanity Nutrition Guide couldn’t be more easy and affordable. The trick is to carefully plan your meals during the week – for this reason, I’ve created the little meal book you’ll see in the video below for each of the five balanced daily meals. I can easily browse through it when I’m looking for a recipe and even take it with me when I grocery shop for the week.

Monica, so love this idea!!! Thanks for sharing. I am in week 2 of the Ultimate Reset with my family and meal planning has been key. However, for me getting organized has been a challenge–I will so borrow this idea of the book and cutting out the recipes…much easier. Keeping pushing through YO!
