How Many Calories Do I Get on the 21 Day Fix?
Of course, pretty much everyone contemplating taking the leap wants to know, “How many calories do I get on the 21 Day Fix?.”
The most important thing to know when embarking on a journey to lose weight is that you will ONLY drop pounds IF you have a calorie deficit. You MUST end the day having burned more calories than you’ve consumed.
Autumn Calabrese helps you determine which calorie bracket you will use by having you take your weight and determine your baseline calories, then add on calories to compensate for the calorie burn that will occur as a result of the Fix workout AND deduct calories to create a calorie deficit. This is a quick and easy calculation that is based on your personal input.
Here is the 21 Day Fix calorie chart that shows you how many containers you get in each calorie bracket:
The beauty of the 21 Day Fix program is that you DON’T have to count calories, which is AWESOME. BUT, I do think it’s very important to understand the science behind losing weight, so I encourage you to read this post on creating a calorie deficit—The Secret to Losing Weight.
