What is Strength Training?

#MBF Workout
The regular #MBF is a 3-week beginner program incorporating both strength training and cardio. This at-home workout offers full body workouts set to some great heart pumping music.
You’ll learn the moves during a 25-35-minute workout.
The music sets the pace and, trust me, you’ll be sweating while you build lots of fat-burning muscles.

#MBFA Workout
After crushing the first three weeks and feeling all your new muscles, you’ll want to dive right into #MBFA.
The second half of the program builds on the first with 25-40-minute workouts. You’ll build on the moves from the #MBF program and add in one-minute “Megan Minute” challenges with heavy weights and low-rep burnouts.

Pairing Good Nutrition with Strength Building
You’ll build muscle with this great new program, but you can’t forget about eating right.
Proper nutrition on top of strength building gives you the one-two punch you need to lose weight and keep it off for good.
