Coach Monica’s GO & GLOW Elixir
Do you know about the GO & GLOW elixir combo? I’m not only going to share it with you in this blog, but also share it with you in a video.
It has been 487 days since I decided to up my morning game. I do three things—and, YOU are welcome to join me for any or ALL of these activities.
#1 Daily Morning Activity
The first thing I do is log into a virtual fit club at 5:15 a.m. PST. It’s my accountability.
Accountability is a huge factor in supporting the completion of a critical task. In this case, it’s getting my workout done. I don’t love to workout, yet I know it is an important part of self care. So, I’m grateful for the crew that is willing to meet up for 15 minutes before we start a workout.

#2 Daily Morning Activity
The second thing I do is mix up a morning Go & Glow elixir of Collagen, Energize and Hydrate with lots of water and ice in a shaker cup. (Checkout the video below!) Preferably, I use the shaker cup with my Sweat Squad sticker…I’m kinda territorial about that silly cup 😜. But, hey, it’s a morning ritual that is just a positive trigger for me.
Drinking a pre-workout formula is not new to me. I’m grateful to have one that is safe to use.
The motivation to commit to the trio of products, which is my Go & Glow elixir, also came from my decision to totally eliminate alcohol from my life. Also, I decided I appreciate any and all water alternatives. Even though I have reframed my outlook on water, I appreciate the variety. (By the way, Strawberry Lemonade, which came out last year, is my favorite flavor of Energize!)

#3 Daily Morning Activity
The last thing I do is workout. Ha ha…kinda obvious, right? But, when that is the thing you procrastinate, then getting it done first is simply awesome. It sets me up mentally to win my day.
Jim Rohn used to say, “Let me take care of me, so I can better take care of you!”
I think these last 487 days have been so incredible because I have been hyper-focused on the process of taking care of me. It IS a process. I like to trick myself regularly to believe that if I deviate from what has proven successful daily, I will get it done only to realize at the end of the day I, IN FACT, will not.
How to Find Your Groove
Be patient with yourself and find your groove.
Trust others who have gone before you and be willing to try their ways. Taking on a wellness plan that happens in my home was the most reliable way for me. Having 20 years of proof, and the ability to look back on it, is the reward.
FUN FACT: Your coach, Monica, has been at this since July 2003, so I’m two months away from my 20th anniversary!
So, if you want to commit to your morning with me, you’ll find me on Zoom at 5:15 am PST. Come mix yourself a Go & Glow elixir! I can prepare you a “Share cart” of my go-to magic trio.
