Green
Brussel sprouts
1/2
Purple
cranberries
1
Blue
gorgonzola cheese
(crumbled)
1
Orange
walnuts
1
Tbs
balsamic vinegar
1
tsp
olive oil
sea salt and pepper
(to taste)
Instructions
Heat brussels sprouts, cranberries, and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season with salt & pepper and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add balsamic vinegar. Stir to coat and remove from heat.
Toss mixture in a large bowl and top with gorgonzola.
